Valentine Vitality helps solve peoples’ heath & fitness problems.

The focus of my training philosophy is to incorporate principles I have studied and practiced over the last 12 years of body shaping within a framework that WORKS. My clients learn how to get the most out of their training and how to change their diet to get great results quickly, safely and while feeling great.

Competitive Bodybuilding

To fulfill my personal health & fitness goals I am training as a competitive Natural Bodybuilder. The sport of bodybuilding (in its pure &, drug free state) has well established principles that by eating right and with the correct balance of resistance & cardio vascular training is the most effective way to build quality muscle and reduce body fat.

Bodybuilding is a metaphor for self-improvement. Anyone who trains their muscles is a body builder ... striving to be the best person they can be. We all want to build the best body possible… it just depends on how far you want to take things, from looking great on the beach to standing on a competitive stage.

2007 was a big year for me and had a great deal of success competing with the World Natural Body Building Federation (WNBF).
